While designing a web site it's always difficult to choose the color's for it. And If you have a banner / Image then its more difficult to choose as the color's should match .
While working for one of my client I came across "DeGraeve.com" .This helps to get the colors based on Banner / Image .You just need to enter the Image , This site will display all the combination's of colors which can be used.I am sure you will find this useful.

Good one. I also know of a little tool that can be installed and when you point it to a color, it shows you the color code. Its called pixie from Nattyware.
